USER ACCOUNT SETUP

Once you have completed your purchase through BuyHebrew.com, go to the Apple/Google Play App Store and download the Zadok App (just search for “zadok hebrew”). Follow the instructions below for quick and easy setup process:
- Download the Zadok App from the App Store (Apple or Google Play).
- Open the Zadok App on your mobile device.
- Click the “3 dot” icon in the top right corner (a small menu will toggle into view).
- Click “My Account.”
- REQUIRED: Insert your first name, last name, and email address that you provided through BuyHebrew.com.
- Insert the additional information (optional)
- 6. Click the “Save” button.
One of our team members will manually unlock the premium services on your account within 2 hours of your purchase (usually sooner).

Return Policy
We will graciously accept your returns up to 30 days, if you are not content with the item, it doesn’t fit, whatever the reason, given that we receive an email from you within 5 days of receipt.
We want to be sure that before you ship, if you are exchanging it for another size, that we do have the right size in stock. If not, we may be able to show you an alternative design or make another arrangement. So, hang tight! In any case, we need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise. Please contact rma@thehebrewcollective.com with the details.
Your item will be exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:
- You communicated with us within 5 days of receipt.
- The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, and with tags intact.
- A copy of the original sales receipt is included.
We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. If you are exchanging an item for another one, and add an additional purchase, we will ship back to you for free!
